Elevate your sense of wellness as you re-energise, unwind and surrender to luxurious pampering at The Spa. With well-practised skills, spa therapists provide services of the highest quality, creating an unforgettable experience.

Our extensive menu of rejuvenating and restorative treatments includes massages, facials, pedicures and manicures, as well as contemporary services such as ti-leaf wraps and seaweed body masks. The facility includes a total of 11 treatment rooms, including red cedar dry heat saunas, eucalyptus steam rooms and rainforest showers. Spa services are available to guests 16 years of age or older.

In-room massage and spa services
Massages available in guest rooms and suites include Lomi Lomi massage, sports massage, aromatherapy massage, Manele custom massage, 19th hole golf massage and the big stretch.

Pool
Manele Bay Pool
With stunning views of the Pacific, the Manele Bay swimming pool offers an alternative to the ocean and beach, complete with pampering Four Seasons service. Ice water, Evian spritzes, chilled towels and amenities are regularly offered by pool attendants. Adjacent to the pool are two whirlpools.

In between laps, savour delicious local seafood at the Ocean Grill or a refreshing drink at the Pool Bar.

Golf
The Challenge at Manele
High above the crashing surf of Hulopo'e Bay, The Challenge at Manele is an outstanding course that more than lives up to its name. Built on lava outcroppings, the course features three holes on cliffs which use the Pacific Ocean as a water hazard. The five-tee concept challenges the best golfers – tee shots over natural gorges and ravines must be precise.

Designed by Jack Nicklaus, this dramatic, unspoiled natural terrain is a stunning backdrop, and every hole offers majestic ocean views.

During the winter, you may even catch spectacular sightings of whales right from the fairways.

Tennis
A variety of fun and exciting tennis activities await you at Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay. All tennis activites are managed by world-renowned Peter Burwash International. The Resort's tennis facilities include three outdoor Premier cushion courts with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. Professional instruction, equipment and tennis apparel are available from the pro shop.

Fitness facilities
Warm up for a golf game at the Fitness Center, featuring a new Movement Studio and state-of-the-art gym. Each piece of the complete range of cardiovascular equipment has a 15-inch (38-centimetre) LCD television with personal headset and commands spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Personalised health and fitness consultation and instruction are also available on request.

The 800-square foot (74-square metre) Movement Studio is furnished with custom wood flooring specially engineered for optimal stability and shock absorption.

The Fitness Center, including the Movement Studio, is available to guests 13 years and older.

For younger guests
It's the small things that count at Four Seasons Lana'i at Manele Bay. Whether your family is just beginning, all grown up or at any stage in between, Four Seasons Resort Lana'i is a wonderful home base. We go out of our way to give a special aloha to our younger guests, and our resourceful Concierge is always close at hand – to make reservations for a family dinner, offer suggestions for tomorrow's outing or help arrange a babysitter.

Children's amenities
Before your stay, simply provide us with the names and ages of the children in your party, so that we can be ready with:

Babysitting services
