The six houses are raised five feet above the sand, right on the beach. Two new thatched cabañas have been added (1999) on the south side of the main palapa. The fresh sea breeze flows through easily, and the gentle lapping of the waves lulls you to sleep. Each building has a large, shaded veranda for enjoying your cool drinks as you gaze out over the calm Caribbean Sea.
The 'beach houses' are split-level, with a living room with a hide-a-bed, a kitchenette and a full bath on the ground floor. Kitchen facilities give you the option to prepare light snaks or eat out at some wonderful restaurants in the area. The Green Parrot Beach Bar & Grill offers you good times, great music and excellent food.
