A variety of restaurants are located within walking distance to Bucuti in addition to our Pirates' Nest Restaurant. A Robert Trent Jones Jr. Championship Golf Course offers challenging golf and spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean only 8 miles north of Bucuti.

Our full time Concierge staff will organize any sport, watersport or tour for your enjoyment. Most activities provide free transportation.

Fine dining is offered on the beach in the open air Pirates' Nest Restaurant. Built as a replica of a 16th century Dutch galleon, the Pirates' Nest offers an extensive American buffet Champagne Breakfast, soup, salads and sandwiches on the a la carte lunch menu, fresh seafood and prime steaks for dinner. The Pirates' Nest romantic outdoor patio is relaxed and gracious and the lighthearted atmosphere perfectly captures both the Aruban spirit and the Caribbean region's unique style and flair.

The Pirates' Nest serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, open from 7 am to 10:30 pm daily. 'The Sand Bar', our open-air bar on the beach, is open from 11 am to 12 midnight with Happy Hour daily from 4 pm to 6 pm, and live music from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

At the Bucuti Beach Resort featuring Tara Beach Suites & Spa we are dedicated to protect and preserve our environment and are committed to raise awareness within our resort and the community to foster sound environmental practices.

Bucuti is among many of Aruba's resorts that have additional initiatives in place, such as water saving aerators in the showers, kitchens and bathroom sinks. Bucuti also incorporates wastewater management, which involves recycling the water from bathtubs and basins to irrigate the landscape, and setting timers for the sprinklers which are adjusted according to rainfall amounts. The resort also helps to reduce water contamination by using highly efficient purification systems to clean the pool instead of harmful chlorine.
