Lanterns by the Sea Restaurant
Lanterns By the Sea is beautifully situated right on the seaside, and serves a delicious selection of local and international cuisine.  The day begins with an extensive breakfast buffet, which includes an array of fruits, pastries and hearty hot dishes. Our exciting and sumptuous menu offers great choices for lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes and children's menus are available daily. The dress code is casual for daytime, and elegantly casual during the evening.

The Monday Manager's Cocktail Party is followed by a tasty BBQ buffet and the scintillating sound of the Caribbean Steelpan. On Thursday guests enjoy a Caribbean buffet dinner and a spectacular Floor Show, which may include dancing, fire eating, limbo performances and more in the tropical seaside setting.

Water's Edge Restaurant
Water's Edge is an intimate, elegant, seaside restaurant serving exquisite Caribbean and International gourmet cuisine. Guests enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting, with cooling sea breezes and nearby lapping waves. Water's Edge promises many evenings of tropical ambiance, tempting cuisine, and warm, attentive service. Open Monday to Saturday, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.

The intimate fine dining at Water's Edge is complimented by talented local singers and musical entertainers each Wednesday and Saturday, between 8 - 10 p.m.

Waves Beauty Salon and Spa
The professional team at Waves Beauty Salon & Spa offers services including unisex hair styling, facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures.  Body treatments include aromatherapy massage, stone therapy, hot body scrubs and acupuncture. Special bridal packages are available offering make-up and hair styling, with free prior consultation. Waves is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and for special bookings.

Visit the Fitness Factory and make toning and exercise a part of your vacation. Our fully air-conditioned Fitness Centre is well equipped with all the latest cardiovascular and strength training machines.

Our spacious, air-conditioned Adventureland Playroom is specially designed with all the favourite characters of our younger guests. Kids Adventureland Playroom is also home to Bougainvillea's Just for Kid's Club and our qualified staff ensure that all Kid's Club activities are well supervised.

Located in the elegant lobby, La Tienda Boutique offers a beautiful range of swimsuits, colourful beach wraps, beach gear, and elegant designer wear.

Our Guest Lounge is fully-air conditioned, with comfortable sofas, cable television, and two spacious bathrooms with showers. After checking out, guests can enjoy their last hours in the sun, then shower and relax in total comfort before leaving for the airport.

Recreation
Bougainvillea Beach Resort offers a tennis championship-size hard court, a games room perfect for teenagers and the young at heart, garden games like chess and shuffleboard. Our well-equipped watersports facility, located directly on the beach offers complimentary boogie boarding, snorkelling equipment and kayaking. Other options include but are not limited to windsurfing, kite surfing, hobie-cat sailing and turtle trips!

The Barbados Golf Club is just 10 minutes from the resort and Bougainvillea guests enjoy discounted green fees and preferential tee-times.
